We are seeking a bright and experienced DESIGN DIRECTOR (Branding & FMCG Packaging) with strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution skills, and ambition to go beyond the norm! You should apply if you are interested in being part of an independent, multi-disciplinary agency specialising in producing the best and highest standard of work for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and developing creative designs for Brand, Packaging and Digital Communication Design. You will be working closely with our Creative Directors on local and global brands and directing the design team members.

You will ensure you complete your work to meet timelines and high standards, and quality. You will also use your design software knowledge and experience to accomplish these responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise strategically and execute high-quality creative designs for Brand Design, Packaging Design and Digital
  • Communication Design.
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
  • Strong communication skills in presenting a vision to the team and/or clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams.
